Our working principle
We listen. We assess. We develop a plan. We execute. We support.
Yoshie works as an extension of your practice—not simply another vendor.
Five steps
How working with Yoshie looks
- Step 1
Discovery Consultation
We begin by listening. During a phone or virtual meeting, we discuss the practice, specialty, current challenges, goals, and services required.
- Step 2
Practice Assessment & Document Review
Depending on the engagement, we review business documents, EIN information, NPI records, CAQH profiles, licenses, malpractice coverage, payer records, billing reports, A/R, claims, EMR information, and existing workflows.
- Step 3
Customized Plan & Proposal
We explain what we found and provide a clear scope of work, responsibilities, expected timelines where they can reasonably be established, and applicable fees.
- Step 4
Implementation & Execution
After approval and onboarding, Yoshie begins the agreed work, which may include applications, portal setup, billing workflows, claim monitoring, denial work, A/R follow-up, EMR coordination, or launch support.
- Step 5
Communication, Reporting & Ongoing Support
We provide updates on progress, outstanding items, payer responses, application status, billing activity, and actions required from the practice. Ongoing services are adjusted as needs evolve.
Good to know
Timing and communication
Timing
Routine administrative work, data entry, billing updates, insurance verification, and spreadsheet tracking may be completed within the same working period. Claims follow-up, payer research, and complex billing issues may require additional time depending on the information available and payer response.
Communication
Communication may take place through email, secure portals, practice-management or EHR systems, messaging platforms, and scheduled video calls.
