Yoshie Medical Consulting Services was founded two years ago with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between providing excellent healthcare and successfully managing the business of healthcare.
Why Yoshie was created
One dependable partner for the administrative and financial sides of healthcare
Many qualified healthcare providers are prepared to care for patients but become overwhelmed by the administrative responsibilities that come with practice ownership. These responsibilities may include business formation, NPI registration, CAQH, insurance enrollment, billing, reimbursement, compliance, documentation, staffing, and daily operations.
Yoshie was created to provide one dependable partner who understands both the administrative and financial sides of healthcare operations. From establishing a new practice and enrolling providers with insurance companies to managing the revenue cycle and supporting ongoing operations, we help providers build stronger and more efficient practices.
Meet the Founder
Vivien Ogon is the Founder and CEO of Yoshie Medical Consulting Services LLC.
Her healthcare journey began in Nigeria, where she worked as a Medical Imaging Scientist. This experience gave her an early understanding of healthcare from the clinical side.
After moving to the United States, Vivien worked as an Office Manager for a newly established healthcare practice. In that role, she saw the challenges providers face while building a practice and navigating credentialing, insurance enrollment, billing, reimbursement, compliance, and daily operations.
She later developed deeper experience in medical billing and provider credentialing, then expanded into healthcare practice start-up and development. She has successfully worked with three start-up healthcare practices, helping providers move from business establishment toward operational and reimbursement readiness.
Her background spans clinical healthcare, accounting, medical billing, credentialing, practice management, and business development. She founded Yoshie to give healthcare professionals the practical support needed to build efficient, compliant, and financially sustainable practices.
